Quick question

I have some coins on TradeSatoshi, I grabbed my ihub deposit address, then I withdrew the coins to it from Tradesatoshi. But its been pending for 5 hours now or so.

Is this because the block has to work on confirming the transaction and not much mining power? Has anyone tried this before and how long does it take?

I just sent a small amount to test everything.
