I think the take away from this dying stock is that.........there is no revenue. These deals are all fabricated. The production facility does not exist, the audit was never even started, the name change is a hoax, the share reduction was a lie.

The CogoSense product has such potential. It’s a shame that the person in charge of getting the product to the market is Steve Berman. He’s proven himself to be either an incompetent CEO or a scam artist. Either way, he’s stuffed his pockets with investor’s money while watching this ship sink.
