The big heights were on no volume and more important before dilution.

They need big money to pay off debt from the initial research (UTEP), which has been on hold for a couple of years.

There are no big partners that want anything to do with this company, good luck finding one. They've been looking for one since inception and it's not a minority shareholders job to find one, it's Bill's:)
