Korea commercialisation agreement with sales expected to begin in 2019.
China commercialisation agreement, but the Chinese partner taking on responsibility of regulatory approval and no timeline on expected sales.
How long would we be thinking for China FDA approval? 1 year from the USA FDA approval date?
So realistically for the next 6 months it all depends on a USA partner to give some short term cash and double-digit royalty on sales.
This board seems quite divided between the prospect of a deal with a US partner. I appreciate that this is a combination drug and people may feel that well now that the optimal dosage of both products has been decided that the combination drug is not needed and the individual products can be provided at the determined dosages. However I feel in the past, combination drugs have performed very well.
Merck's Vytorin comes to mind, with 1 billion in annual sales.
How much longer would we be thinking before a possible USA partnership? 3 months, 6 months? Every month that goes by Kitov is losing patent protection on Consensi.
