Momentous Entertainment Group is diligently working with its new auditors to get its financials completed for filing. Unfortunately it has taken longer than expected to get the new firm up to speed, but we are doing everything we can to accomplish that in a timely manner.

Today, we are in AUGUST with the last 2nd Quarter (ended June 30 2018) filing is due to be released by AUGUST 15th. Again, nothing is expected except another NT 10-Q to be filed.

Just like we expected, a NT 10-Q with a likely perceived expectation of the "new" company auditors filing the needed 10s along with the 10K, and two 10Qs!


My posted comments are only my considered opinion based on the reality as I see it. Your reality may be different.
