Lol, when I heard "complete" and "mid to late Aug" I mentally set the date to sometime in Aug/Sept. I call it CTDT time and it amounts to: eventually, and that is about all I will let myself count on

Eventually the filings will come and eventually CTDT will command it's piece of the pie
