Doog you keep saying that and I am not sure why? An RS changes nothing in relationship.

If you own 1% of the company pre split. say 500k shares. after a split you will still own 1% of the company. Just instead of it being expressed as 500k it would be expressed as 50k after say a 10 to 1 RS.

so I personally do not see it as a crucifixion.
