I remember when CETX went below $3. The duped shareholders were dreaming that it would rebound to $3.50 quickly on its way back to the $7-8 range. Now, it's below $2, and I'm sure the same dupes are dreaming of a rebound to $2.50. Instead, it should easily be below $1.50 by year's end with the $7-8 range, obviously, nothing but a dream.
