Why are there no bids when he said BIDS ARE BUILDING?


When is that NEWS BETTER THAN ANYONE EXPECTS going to hit, it wasn't 1Q as he stated and it wasn't 2Q as he stated.

I'm waiting for him to say he meant 1Q2019 or maybe 1Q2020.....
