Crazy fabius thnx for that update! So now we know the reverse split ratio could be as low as 1:5 up to 1:15 and can occur whenever mgmt. deems fit.

So I think we can all agree that unless some miraculous news occurs the r/s ratio has to be 1/15...and has to occur soon since next months NAZ delisting fast approaches.

It's definitely a real interesting situation that somehow Anson and UBS found a way to get rid of their positions before June 30th agreed...and I wonder if anyone knows how Anson and UBS could've possibly divested their positions...and why whoever may have picked up their shares aren't also being reflected on the updated Bloomberg numbers?
