That would be possible after they post revenues of $20M not before and would also depend on how much money they made on the $20M and what the balance sheet looks like.

For instance, if they lost $5M on the $20M in revenues and had massive amounts of debt, then no $100M market cap on $20M wouldn't be warranted, so would be possible but many factors impact what a fair valuation would be
