Find the most knowledgeable guy about investing you can get contact to. Not from this forum of course.

Then tell him:

I have found a P/B 0,0158 agricultural company from China. They claim 790 million dollars assets, but print and sell their stock at 70 times cheaper than the claimed book value. Management doesn't buy the stock.
They had some bad loans and do not sell side-business assets for some reason.

Do you think it's likely just a rough patch and most of the assets are real and just the market is wrong?
