OTCX has been a big diluter here and likely source is the YA debt agreement..

They jump on ask things slow down. They are putting out many block shares anymore so winding down, but the MM containment tactics are likely in response to trying to squeeze out last convertibles at cheap prices..

IMO, company should buy out last of debt.. let’s get this show on the road and move forward!!!
