A couple of things---

1. I don't even know how to delete posts...lol... So if u are being deleted ...not me.

2. Do u really think a small hedge fund wants the IP rights?... To do what with them. Sell them lol. It would be a far bigger hassle than worth. The lien is solely precautionary in case they don't make it.

80% of the time... BK is only used to wipe out debt and start fresh except in the case of ToysRUs where they shut their doors.

They have a 10M unused credit line that they can access at anytime. BK not happening. Sorry u disagree.

For those noteholders, it is in everyones best interest for GTHP to survive and thrive.

My only question is whether current holders get killed through dilution.
