This guy takes any cash from anyone that will give it to him at ANY terms. NO one right now willing to give him cash until he reverses the stock so that Convert note holders can convert debt to equity and actually get it deposited. With Alpine not accepting sub penny deposits any longer...only Wilson Davis or overseas prime accounts can accept DWAC shares for shares over .01.

He WILL reverse this because he NEEDS cash.
