Rick is on to something. The "Trillions" of dollars that have gone missing from the Pentagon's budget are due to "Outer Space" technology. In other words, it is now exposed that "Trillions" of dollars do not go missing. It has been applied to "Outer Space" systems to . . . well . . . control the world. It has also been applied to deep state "shelters" for what is about to come.
