Plus I don’t think the spit gives the ngs but just the presence of THC or Cocaine

As written by law, ngs will be detect through blood test. A THC breathalyzer will not substitute the need for blood test. It works the same with alcohol as far as I know. If you test positive for alcohol impaired driving with a breathalyzer, they still need a blood test to confirm it and bring it to the court.

Gonna need a reading which I see this Draeger Only Detecting a set Level

So, I dont understand why a reading will be needed. From my point of view, a breathalyzer is needed only because saliva swab test is not reliable enough.
