Looked for a link to the business update webcast on the DPW website. It does not appear to be posted.

In lieu of the listening to the webinar, the slides used in the Corporate Presentation were attached to the 8-K, which was filed yesterday. One must assume, perhaps rashly, TOAD stuck to the script, so here are a few take-aways!

(THE DPW BUSINESS REVIEW HAD TO BE CURSORY, AT BEST!)

1. There was NO update regarding MTIX. Really? This is supposedly a major growth driver.

2. There was NO update regarding the hotel and restaurant business, which is probably by design, because, IMO, it is Ault's personal hobby, which is being financed by the DPW investors.

3. Blamed a $10,000,000 revenue shortfall on depressed crytocurrency prices! What about MTIX? (Nice revenue forecasting by the CONSULTANT CEO, who is pocketing $400,000 shareholder dollars per year for being hugely late and $10mm short!)

Weren't several DPW managers/execs supposed to be a part of the Presentation? Aside from Milton Charles "TOAD" Ault III, were any of the other DPW subsidiary execs in attendance?
