For all that have not seen this is the latest from CEO Dr.David Dalton via Junebug phone call a couple days ago!

WHOOPEE !!! Just got a call from Dr. Dalton. We had a very nice 20-30 minute talk. The first thing he said was he wanted me (us) to know that the UNVC shareholders were of the utmost importance to him and he still has not sold 1 single share. It is legal matters the reason he has not been able to talk yet. I asked him was it Agrimed and he said no, legal matters-he was waiting on multiple signatures and did not know how long that would take-hopefully not too much longer. He said the situation with Agrimed has never been better. I said were the signatures related to our filings and he said no but could not say anymore than that. I then asked him was Sativeo in your plans and he said absolutely, most definitely Sativeo would be involved with both UNVC and Agrimed. I said you are talking about Sterling Crockett and he said yes. I told him we were having some shareholders selling and he said they will regret selling-our float is so low and we have no convertible debt. It is my opinion the news will probably be a few weeks instead of a few days. He was as usual very upbeat. Nothing did he tell me that I have not shared here. I am very excited again. JB
