Even if Moelis is a 100% guarantee and there are no other options, i am confused as to why the preferred share holders are

1) not happy and move on that they made a better decision/wiser decision and guaranteed $25
2) reassuring themselves everyday out loud that its the way to go (same posters)
3) ridicule common shareholders in their own board
4) go all-in or invest more if its 4 time bagger for certainity rather than trying to convince/argue
5) Last but not the least, why they feel superior and preferred always while talking. Its just the share that is preferred with a guaranteed dividend, which was oops... For all you know the preferred shareholder on the board may be working in the same company and the commoner (,their term not mine) their boss.. :). All you need is 6 dollars to be a preferred share holder and no other eligiblity or premiere lol
