Nice try--this INSOLVENT fraud is part of Mike Irving compilation of frauds known to the SEC as was evidenced by the "busting" of UBIA by the SEC. Barry Hall was part of that fraud as well. This is a SERIOUS fraud by the pros behind this scam. McGrath, Tracy E. Sivitz, John P. Lucas, and Ricky Tong.-supervised by Lara S. Mehraban and Robert A. Cohen This scam reported NO sales last quarter--NONE!!!!!! Owes almost a million dollars (and losses of $ 3,000,000.) and $250k owed to "related party". Scammers led by Mike Irving sand Barry Hall both who involved with the SEC action against UBAI keep selling stock at any price to unsuspecting Marks. ITS INSOLVENT!!!!!
