Yeah, dumping millions of shares to pay a dividend legitimizes the company. ROTFLMAO !! .......
I think that only legitimizes the 790 million assets value as garbage.
And there is NO declaration of any dividend.
Dividend policy is usually the % amount of profits company decides to pay as dividend and it's just a guideline not bonding.
Totally broke company with dilution loans announcing fixed $ amount "dividend policy" for this and coming years is just absurd.
