thanx forjoining.Anything u can add.What percent sure are u?Can anybody with some certainty say yep you guys are read thats the way it reads.I ts too over the top for mgmt to agreeing to this as part of the notes june 4 .my Thoughts have to be wrong.H ow much will or did noteholder pay for these shelf shares?Looks like company got like 2.4mil in cash and payback close to 4mil mostly in december to this non us person noteholder along with discover fund which i think is a cayman island hedge fund the other noteholder.We dont even now terms of 1.8 mil lent to us i thing by same people in july i think with same terms
