As of right now, Draeger is the only game in town in black and white. The negative statistics coming out in droves is certainly coming from the opposition from all angles. Too much money is on the hook and Draeger (a Killer Whale) is holding the line of a deep water fishing reel/real. The Canadian government would already know the flaws involved with the tech, prior to passing laws, and likely fully disclosed by Draeger (full transparency stuffed inside green bundles of backroom incentive packages.) Of not, the Canadian government is incompetent. That would make political matters even worse down the road IMO. Politics dirty game and he who holds the power of the purse usually wins. For Draeger, that means a monopoly for the foreseeable future. For the Canadian government, that means cramming a spit testing device down your throat.
