With regard to the pref. B conversion to 2.75m commons, my experience is that either a) they will be sold immediately or b) they are being converted to hold for long term capital gain benefit. My hunch is the latter knowing that this quantity of shares has little liquidity due the low volume/demand. Just my two cents.
