Maybe trying to push the big losers out from .185 for new blood starting at ground zero who would be happy with a small gain? That would be protective for the execs liability wise. However, they have tanked this so far with their overall decisions that most of those people who might have taken a 50% loss are not going to bother leaving at 95%. Thus, standing. So, need to turn this thing around IMHO. IE hard work and doing their job.

As far as the reverse split vote, I am not sure, would have to reread, but they did state I believe that this RS vote has to do with the articles of incorporation rules? Maybe in your DD see if you can find that in the original 14def.
