It's going dark under Rule 12g-4(a)(1), which AFAIK requires less than s'holders of record or <500 and less than $10M assets.

Haas seems to be a manager at the Hackett Group

which I think is a fairly large, credible management consultancy focused on IP stuff.

A guess: maybe creditors/licensors have rought in Hackett to salvage value from the patents?

Anyway, don't see a good story in this for s/holders.
