For the love of your TMPS investments, stop saying how altruistic The Johan is being by demanding ransom shares for a $3M or so plane. And for that tidy sum, he wrested control of TMPS from its owner and duly elected board of directors. The Johan is gonna take all of TMPS from everyone. That is our reality that we must face every day. The lower the pps of TMPS, the more Convertible Notes have to be adjusted by Full Ratchet.
