I would urge you to read the controlling documents of the CEPSA\ERHC agreement that clearly spells out the consequences of a defaulting party and when they occur. That way none of us will have to make things up in the dark. Let me know if you need a link.

If you want to talk about the consequences of ERHC defaulting on the Auctus convertible debentutlre and the lawsuit that ensued we can do that too. I suggest you read the lawsuit first. It's a doozie.
