PRs do not always move stocks, depends on what they say, Twitter has nothing to do with wether it moves or not, unless Twitter is the PR, but that’s not the case here. If they PR tomorrow they have signed several million dollars in contracts and have projected revenues of $20 million plus, the PPS will most likely head north, or some other good news, that was just a hypothetical. How the stock moves depends on the PR, you know that. Has nothing to do with Twitter.
