So only based on the guy leaving (with no ill will as stated in the release) you think there is a conspiracy to hide information from the stockholders and/or the government?

You don't think training up from the outside might have been necessary to get the labs ready for certification quickly?

Absolutely excellent points you bring out.

1) In all reality it is professional courtesy when directors leave whether they are asked or not. I have never heard of one leaving and disclosing anything. It could be non-disclosure agreement they signed but 1.5 months really bring more questions than answers with his credentials.

2)At the bottom of the 10Q they talked about policies and full disclosure they did not have to disclose where all companies in higher exchanges must disclose. This I believe could be an issue when companies use this exchange. Not sure but a person of ethics and integrity would disclose all. Per government and rules on this exchange totally legal.

No with the Lori and Smith qualified they easily could/should have filled these roles within the company. With sales so slow in Oregon why did they not transfer employees qualified as they were aware of sales nose diving.

Take the time and check WW history. He does not have the squeaky clean record. I really thought he amended his past but something really stinks here. Something smells and with this departure it is getting a staunch smell. Wish I was wrong and hope I am but based on the smell test don't believe it. GLTY and all of us.
