Click on news tab and click on def 14a. Shareholders meeting on August 30th and item number 3 on that list that will be voted on is a reverse split.

I sold my shares for 102% gain at .75 last night at 7:30 in after hours trading so luckily I don't have to worry about it but this one has been a blast to trade!!! Good Luck Everyone!
