tried reading it.Need a lawyer.imho i will post what i got right or wrong.THESE SHARES IN THE SHELF ARE SHARES being sold by the Main investor who gave us THE 2.4mil in june.N OT BY DCTH.Are these shares coming from THE 25.2 mill warrant shares excercisable at $7.76?help.are they expiring soon?The seller can sell them to anyone i think market makers dealers.HelpOH BY THE WAY EACH OF US MAKE UP ABOUT 100 DCTH SHAREHOLDERS TOTAL.If warrant shares How did JUNE INVESTOR get the shares.?Are tbey his warrant
