I wasn’t trying to be technical about it. The point I was making is IF DarkPulse has any evidence of revenues, then those material events would be discussed in the filings.

We already knew as of the end of Q1, DarkPulse didn’t have any current revenues. Which implies that there were no existing contracts whatsoever, contrary to all the lies told last year by both Tom and Dennis.

What’s funny is the fact that a supposed billion dollar company just took out nearly $500,000 in convertible debt shortly after going public. LMFAOOOOO
