If P2b is highly successful, Prurisol would have quite a good chance to become the dominant player in a market of about $12B/yr.

Prurisol is also thought to have possible applications in all autoimmune diseases that in total approach many times $12B/yr in revenue.

Would you sell the entire Prurisol platform now not knowing if it is indeed applicable to those many other autoimmune diseases or would you find another way to commercialize the psoriasis market and still retain rights to all other possible applications?

As for Brilacidin and Kevetrin, the potential of each is thought to be larger by far than Prurisol. So would you sell the whole company, these included, for pennies on the dollar just so you could get the money now instead of waiting a year or so or even possibly quicker than that?

Think of IPIX as having the potential (note potential)of a small BP so would you really want to give all of that away now at rock bottom prices or let the products become more developed to likely raise their value by magnitudes of dollars?

These are the questions Leo is trying to answer now in maximizing value for the company.
