We've been building up our cash supply lately. I haven't bought or sold anything lately. I've just been letting cash accumulate. Bob Reinear is convinced that the Chinese are behind some of the gold and silver manipulation. He says they are using orchestrated naked shorting to keep prices depressed so that they can continue to accumulate gold even though their currency has taken a hit against the Dollar. They are buying up just as much with their weaker currency and they are doing it at a lower price. So it's a wash for them.
