Excelsior would be up significantly other than the appeal which is being addressed by our lawyers at Jones Day. In my opinion, the stock is down because of the appeal. Of course, the stock is affected by copper prices but the road from exploration to producing is a road that is assessed by astute investors. If not for the appeal, we would be up 50% from where we are now. Investors are concerned. However, I am confident that there is not one issue on the appeal that hasn't already been addressed and assessed by the EPA. There is nothing new.
