Well, At: It might be better said, at least as of the time of this post, that as of the time of this post, that there doesn't appear to be any merger; but that most certainly doesn't mean to say that there won't (ever?) be one. Unless you are OMNICIENT like "the other "GUY" is"!!! LOL! For as somebody else has said along time ago:

"for we look through a glass darkly, only knowing in part......"

But that doesn't mean that we can't have hope for one, that is to say, a merger> For it might be a good thing for the both of the CEO's, that is to say, Mr. Berman of ONCI, as well as for Mr. Canouse of NECA.

For, for as much as we know, nobody FORCED Mr. Berman into entering into a JV deal with Mr. Canouse. But after Mr. Canouse presented his case to Mr. Berman, I am MOST CERTAIN that Mr. Berman had Mr. Canouse & his helpers & his holdings company business & his clients thoroughly check out BEFORE he, Mr. Berman EVER ENTERED IN TO SUCH A JV DEAL with Mr. Canouse!!!

YEP! FOR THE NEXT BIG RUN IS PROBABLY RIGHT AT THE DOORS, just waiting to be sprung upon us, just like it happened last time in mid-September of 2017 !!! And maybe even run up to a new HOD & HOY of somewhere between .0017 to .0025, just as trader53 has mentioned the possibility of, in his opinion, several times on our forum. SO, GLTA & VIVA NECA! AND THAT THE TRULY OMNICIENT ONE WILL BLESS BOTH MR. BERMAN & MR. CANOUSE!
