Executives reward themselves Stock Holy Smoke

I was busy just reading the numbers last night. Totally missed that Investment Banker Note burried on page 38. Look at all the executives making pre-emptive moves. Just printing their own money so to speak conviently awarding themselves shares. Quarterly PR, was lame... they spun the numbers with Hot Air. Also they are pretty vague on implying they are shifting to being a Technology-Based Company.

Gotta just love the language too. So we have not 1 possible buyer but 4 with offers mid20s to mid40s. And along the same lines, I had been trying to research the future liability risk the Recycling Business has in California. In another note, they have a future liability that CA already has against them for years 2011-2013. Its being appealed, but there is currently a $4.1 Million Liability and probably more for years since that they may owe to CA. CA recycling is their largest market so they cant isolate that one operation as they need the revenue numbers.

Heavy volitility today in trading. What a roller coaster.

Anyone here know how that Beer and Pizza love fest went on at Geotraq last week?
