it's what they do...Elmo was taught to lie cheat and steal from his daddy, Scrot just along for the ride to help print that paper...they dump discounted shares, no one actually buying, just propping, swapping and dumping...Scott's email no longer active, not surprised...eventually, they will return to the OTC, start it all over again
