maybe because the float is so high...
maybe because it seems like this play has drug out forever....
maybe it's a crap deal....
who knows, if you're in now might as well wait it out....

side note - it's nice to see weed plays coming back on the big boards as well as down here in the OTC....

hopefully that's a good sign for us!
