Licensing deals for AXAL have been available for seven years & even though AXAL is in phase 3 trials, con man Ken Berlin still can't find a big up front cash partner. HOT is nothing more than an overhyped, totally unproved pipe dream as is the entire ADXS LM technology that AXAL, HOT & NEO are based on.
