"Sonny's" loan was pushed out 3 months...why only 3 months? Why not another year?

Idk, but this still looks like a great way to protect IP from any potential hostile attempts.

Still interesting that Zimmer paid 2.5m Q2'17 (Apr-June) and Sonny loaned the exact same amount 1 month later securing substantially all assets.
