Just registered yesterday with NVSOS a whole new crew of officers that took over LGBS. New Secretary of LGBS "Samer Hamade's" address is Schlumberger Tech Corp a major player in oil and gas. Mr. Hamade is also a Senior Artificial Lift Engineer for Schlumberger Tech Corp.(Artificial lift refers to the use of artificial means to increase the flow of liquids, such as crude oil or water, from a production well.) Schlumberger's stock is worth 65.00 per share, multi billion dollar company. LGBS could get very interesting very soon. Did LGBS get bought? Or did it Merge?
