The market is factoring in a 30% dilution.

I calculate 9million shares at 70 cents is 6.3 million.
Warrants 3 million at $1, adjustability at around 10 cents.

That is in the ballpark of the disastrous funding deal that Hayward caved to with Sabby.

Hayward doesn’t need to do this per the conference call.

But many long time investors point to his pattern the last 3 years.

Investors have to ask: Is a company showing declining revenues year over year really a candidate for continued funding by dilution.

After all is said and done, if traditional lending institutions are not willing to loan then why would an investor?
As I said before, the market dictates this, not Hayward and not Investor Conferences.
