The source of his information is common sense. Yes there is considerable float in the stock. Keep in mind there are only about two such licenses of this type in the world. Hype press release word-of-mouth etc. etc. could easily drive this to the stratosphere. This company holds some very specific patents that deliver medicine unlike any other companies. Maybe a dollar is reaching but you will see some crazy stuff with this Stock as soon as the license is issued. And that will be soon.
