I never said the provisions in the contract don't apply... of course they do it's a contract!

But what I am saying is that provisions in any contract have triggering events that trigger any particular clause.

A default provision would be triggered when certain things happen including but not limited to not paying... it's the not limited to part in referring to...

... in other words not paying is necessary for a default but not sufficient for a default to be triggered.

As for Kosmos,

The market seems to think Kosmos lost as we are now at 3
