So far it's just another 14a with no date to even have a vote. If there ever is a vote on the matter it still has to pass. If it passes maybe it will be used to up-list after they announce the results of TFVR's $700,000 of new mining equipment installed as anchor in the new Allentown hub or some other big news.

Everything is IMHO. Financials are irrelevant. Market Makers are supposed manipulate the stock price.
