I was looking for an entry point when it looked like it was falling off a head and shoulders but now I am wondering if the announced “We are looking for a buyer” strategy reeks of desperation. The cash is low I was waiting for a cash raise before buying in but expected them to do it when the share price was way up there. Mr U has loaned $10 million to the company. Does he intend to take it private. Will the company stock be transferred to him in satisfaction of the loan? Something is fishy here IMO or this price swoon is way overdone.
