Almost there!! The State of Florida was the delay but once they accepted the Amendment on 8/10/18 to the company's articles of incorporation that created the Class B preferreds, you can see the new owners filed their Form 3s the very next business day.

The last step is now to get the 10K and 10Qs filed and GEGP will be back to SEC & OTC current and the all the requirements of the merger will be satisfied.

PR shortly thereafter IMO.
